As spring comes, I’m remembering  who I am, how I want to live.  I wrote down in my journal what is most important to me – not causes, priorities, but my manner of being. 

In order:

  1. Following spontaneous inspiration
  2. Sleep enough, exercise, eat well
  3. Romantic relationship
  4. Taking care of my own spirit (being happy, quiet time, journaling)
  5. Building a team in my work
  6. Taking care of my “customers” in work
  7. Follow up with people

(well that’s about as much as my mind can contain, but there is the rest of the list, in order:)

  1. Keep a song in my head
  2. Allow myself to really feel what I’m feeling
  3.  Approach People
  4. Set high expectations for myself
  5. Get out there and DO, even when I feel stuck
  6. Welcome people
  7. win
  8. Be thankful
  9. Be happy and charming to myself
  10. Be productive
  11. Finish the day – don’t leave unfinished business
  12. Make money
  13. Set goals

Reads like a nice set of New Years resolutions for the next 10 years, doesn’t it.  These are things I’d like to do better at, in case you hadn’t surmised, and I think I can, too.  (except for #2, which is so much of a bedrock that I had to keep it in there).
